The rules for using this site and working with Reinforcements, in plain English. Effective 2026-09-29.
Plain-English version. Have your attorney review before relying on it.
By using getreinforcements.com (the “site”) or any Reinforcements service, you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree for it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Reinforcements is AI software installed on your company’s own systems, plus an ongoing operations engagement: an assessment, the installation, training and monthly support.
Every paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement wins.
Fees are set in the written agreement. Our standard model is a share of the staff time the system gives back each month, with a monthly minimum and a one-time setup fee. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a specific price until a written agreement is signed.
The software reads, sorts and drafts; your people decide. It is designed not to send, pay or delete anything without a person on your team approving it. You are responsible for what your team approves and for the access you give the system.

The calculators on this site are planning tools. They work only from the numbers and assumptions you enter, and what they show are estimates, not guarantees. Real results depend on your business and are confirmed in an on-site assessment.
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Any warranty for a paid engagement is only what the written agreement says.
As far as the law allows, Reinforcements is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for a paid engagement is set in the written agreement.
What you type into the calculators stays in your browser. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Reinforcements is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts of that State unless a written agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms. The effective date on this sheet shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
